Bear Week

One of the special weeks  was the Bear Week. We read the story of Corduroy by Don Freeman, and Goldilocks and the Three Bears. We used the class bears for several language art activities such as sorting by color, size, graphing and beginning sound rhymes and songs. We invited  the kids' Teddy Bears  to school on Friday. All the students introduced their bears by telling their bear's name and something special about it.
